Are you the Canton Fair organizer?
No. This is an independent registration assistance service. We help applicants prepare information and documents, but we do not represent the organizer or any visa issuing authority.
Does submission guarantee an invitation?
No. Submission through this website does not guarantee invitation approval, registration approval or visa approval.
Can I apply if I do not have a registered company?
You may provide truthful information about your current occupation, business activity and relevant trading experience. Do not enter a company you do not own, work for or officially represent.
Where are passport files stored?
Uploaded files are stored in private local storage for the demo version. They are not placed in the public website folder and admin login is required before staff can access them.
Do you handle visa applications?
No. Visa fees, embassy or visa center decisions, travel insurance, flights and hotels are outside this service.
Can I check my application status?
Yes. Use the status page with your application reference number and WhatsApp number or email address.
