Payment methods
The first version supports manually confirmed payment methods such as Mobile Money, bank transfer, cash to local partner and other approved methods.
Items not included
Visa application fees, embassy or visa center fees, airline tickets, hotels, travel insurance, transportation and official fees are not included unless separately confirmed.
Refund review
Refunds should be reviewed case by case according to the confirmed service rules, completed work and any third-party costs.
No outcome guarantee
A refund policy must not imply assured invitation approval or assured visa approval.
