The workflow is designed for real business applicants, slow mobile networks and careful handling of identity documents.
1. Complete your application
Applicants enter contact, passport, business background and purchase plan details using the secure step-by-step form.
2. Upload your documents
Passport bio page and optional business proof files are uploaded to private storage, not a public folder.
3. Our team reviews your information
Staff check completeness and consistency before any manual assistance work continues.
4. Missing information is confirmed
If something is unclear, the admin team records required items and prepares customer-friendly messages.
5. Application assistance is provided
The first version supports manual staff assistance. It does not automatically log in to or bulk operate official systems.
6. You receive status updates
Applicants can check public-friendly status without seeing internal notes or sensitive staff comments.
